Nirav Patel
Director of Operations
Nirav Patel leads Projexiv Environmental’s consulting operations across Texas and Alabama. With extensive experience in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1527-21 and E1903-11), SWPPP compliance, air quality permitting, and environmental compliance audits, Nirav oversees a team of scientists, engineers, and project managers.
His expertise spans federal regulations including EPA All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), CERCLA liability frameworks, Clean Water Act (NPDES), and Clean Air Act compliance, as well as state-level regulatory frameworks for TCEQ (Texas) and ADEM (Alabama).
